Are there any taxes charged? If so, why?
In the State of Louisiana, online purchases from Louisiana-based companies require taxes to the online provider that must be reported to the State of Louisiana.
This is not our rule or law, but since we are located in the State of Louisiana, we must comply with this state requirement.
Therefore, the tax applied will only be subject to residents of Louisiana when purchasing from us.
Shipping Information

What is your general shipping information?
We do everything possible to get your order out by 3pm Central Standard Time on the day the order was placed. When your orders are placed on a non-business day or holiday, your order will be processed the next business day. If for some reason this is not possible (i.e. an unusually high volume of orders placed the same day), your order will go out the next business day.
Note:
Please fill out your shipping address exactly as it should read. Do not forget to include any apartment number, suite number, or building number. We cannot be responsible for an incomplete address that you provide. It is best to include a phone number to help the driver locate you during daytime delivery.If you select a commercial delivery address on Standard Ground Shipping, your package may get to you a day or two earlier. Commercial addresses generally require having someone present when the driver delivers.

Do you accept post office (PO) boxes?
At this time, we only utilize UPS shipping to an actual physical address.
P.O. Boxes are not accepted.

How much is shipping?
At Cajun Blast, we ensure there is no guesswork involved in calculating shipping to make it easier for you!
When you place your order, the exact shipping amount is calculated along with a total cost of goods (including taxes where applicable) prior to your credit card being charged. It's that simple.

Which shipping carrier do you utilize?
We utilize UPS Ground for all shipments!

How does next day and second day shipping work?
We utilize UPS for all shipping, including next day and second day orders.
Next Day:
Next day shipments are delivered on the next business day following the day shipped. Please note, there is an extra charge of $15.00 for Saturday delivery only available on next day shipments.
Second Day:
Second Day shipments will be delivered on the second business day following the day shipped.

How does shipping work based on geographic location?
Domestic 48 States
For standard, next day, or second day shipping, we utilize UPS Ground.
Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates & APO/FPO
If you use our online order form, we will utilize UPS.
If you prefer USPS Priority Mail Service for orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses, please fill out the Contact Form and someone will contact you to fill the order. Once you exceed 5 lbs the service is zoned. The further the destination, the more expensive the shipment costs will be. We can arrange service thru FedEx, UPS, or DHL, which is considered an Air Service and is generally more expensive.
International Shipping
This is the same shipping information at the above in addition to the following: deliveries will not be made on Saturdays or holidays. International orders will require extra days because of the paperwork involved.
DUTIES & TARIFFS
Cajun Blast is not responsible for the collection of duties or tariffs on International shipments. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to calculate and or pay for any tariffs or duties that may be due on the purchase. If duties are not paid by on entry to destination country, or is refused, Cajun Blast reserves the right to charge for fees incurred to ship the product back to our facility in Crowley, La.
Cananda
For shipments to Canada, we utilize USPS Global Priority Mail. Shipments to extended areas of Canada may increase the cost of shipping. We are able to provide quotes Monday-Friday on regular business days. Some quotes may take more than 24 hours because we have to wait for a freight company to quote us.

How do I submit a special shipping request?

What if I put an improper address or need to change my shipping address?
Please contact us for any of the below changes:
- Accidentally submitted an incorrect address
- Did not submit the full address
- Need to change the shipping address (other than the one you originally provided us)
If the shipping company charges us for these change, your credit card could be charged up to an additional $10.00.

It is our policy not to distribute e-mail or any other personal information received on our site to other businesses.Unless otherwise instructed by the customer, we will send out information to site visitors and customers from time to time to make them aware of discount ball rates or other special promotions.

Is my credit card and personal information secure?
We use PayPal for all of our online transactions. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, we don’t receive your sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number.

How do I use a coupon code?
To utilize a promo code, please enter at the time of checkout!
Please note, all promo codes have restrictions or minimum purchases that apply, and all expire within a short time from issue.
If your promo code is not valid, you will be notified prior to completion of checking out. Promo codes are not required to checkout.

How do I use a discount gift certificate?
If you have been sent a discount gift certificate valid at Cajun Blast, you may apply the total balance to your purchase at checkout.
Simply, enter the discount gift certificate code and password at the time of checkout. Your total will be adjusted by the face value of the certificate. If the total exceeds the posted value of the certificate, your credit card will be charged the difference. If you do not use the full value of the gift certificate, retain the certificate information for use at a later date. Additional terms and conditions may apply.
Order Status and Returns

How do I find out the status of my non-custom order?
At Cajun Blast, we notify customers via e-mail at the time the order is shipped. This email will contain your tracking number and a link to the shipping carrier that we used to ship your order.
Click on the link to the shipping carrier and enter your tracking number to view the location of your package.For most orders, we utilize UPS Ground.
